Coconut Row Accommodations
All accommodations are on the beach or a few yards from the beach and include the following:
Nightly air-conditioning, ceiling fans, wi-fi, coffee-makers & coffee, daily cleaning, hot & cold shower, in-room safe, and hair-dryer.

Important Notes:
- Prices do not include 9% Hotel Tax and 8% Resort Fee. (Hotel Tax may show up as “City Tax” on the reservation.)
- Prices are based on double occupancy, the third and fourth guests each pay USD $25 plus tax per night. Unregistered guests will be charged a guest fee of USD $50 per night. Under no conditions may the maximum occupancy of the unit be exceeded, except by a child under 3 who is sharing a bed.
- Children under 3 are free as long as they are sharing a bed.
- Nightly AC is included in the rate; guests will be charged an additional fee for running A/C with windows open or when the unit is unoccupied.
Unforeseen Travel Difficulties:
We strongly emphasize that guests should purchase travel insurance to have peace of mind in case of changes to travel plans due to flight difficulties, covid-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances during these turbulent times.
Coconut Row will not be responsible for any additional expense, delay, inconvenience or change of travel plans which are out of our control, such as delayed or canceled flights, change of plans due to covid-19 or other sickness, severe weather, medical emergency, government acts or decrees, or any other situation beyond the control of Coconut Row. This means that we will not issue refunds or reschedule reservations due to problems arising at the last minute (or within 31 days) – that is what travel insurance is for!

In the event of delayed or canceled flights, Coconut Row requires at least 3 hours’ notice (by telephone) for guest transfer cancellations. Failure to notify Coconut Row of delayed or canceled flights will result in the full charge of arrival transfer cost. Coconut Row is not responsible for any changes in the reservation due to canceled or delayed flights.

Payment Policy:
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with full payment to be received within 31 days before arrival.
Reservations during peak season will be charged the full booking amount 90 days before arrival.
All prices are given in US Dollars but credit cards are charged in Belize Dollars.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations 61 days or more from the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $100 per unit processing fee.
- Cancellations received 31-60 days before arrival date will receive a 50% refund. (The 50% deposit will not be refunded.)
- Cancellations received 31 days or less from the arrival date are non-refundable. (The whole amount of the stay will be forfeit.)
- Changes in the reservation date are considered a cancellation of the original reservation and are subject to the same policy.
- Peak Season reservations are subject to a different cancellation policy – no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes within 90 days of arrival.
- Any qualifying refunds will be sent to the credit card used for the initial payment.
- No refunds will be given for unused meal plans, tours, or hotel rooms.
- Coconut Row requires at least 3 hours notice (by telephone) for guest transfer cancellations in case of delayed or canceled flights. Failure to notify us of delayed or canceled flights in time will result in the full charge of arrival transfer cost.
Please ensure that you have comprehensive travel insurance, as Coconut Row will not refund any rooms, tours, transfers or meals which have been pre-booked but cannot be used due to changes in travel plans, inclement weather, flight delays, illness or Acts of God.
Please note that our restaurant opens at 8:00 am. If you are doing tours with us, we will ensure that you receive breakfast. However, we will not issue refunds to prepaid meals due to tours booked with another agency, nor can we call in the staff to open the restaurant early.
We will happily refund your boat tour payment if we cannot take you on a scheduled boat tour due to rough weather conditions. However, we cannot guarantee pure sunshine during your visit. While we’ll make every effort to take you snorkeling in the best weather possible, we will not cancel a trip due to rain if the weather conditions are otherwise acceptable.
