Possibly the most luxurious room in Hopkins, the spacious Southwater Room is the only room on the third floor and has an orthopedic king mattress as well as a futon. Two sliding glass doors open to a private veranda overlooking the sea; the best possible spot to relax in hammocks. This room is extremely spacious and has all first-rate amenities. Perfect for honeymooners and couples.

Add-On Suite Option
For those staying in the Aquarius or Blueground Rooms, there is a large and luxurious kitchen, living room and veranda which can be opened up to connect to either the Aquarius or the Blueground Room. The kitchen boasts all top-quality appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), granite countertops, and a full dining set. The living room has a flat screen TV with premium cable, a futon and chairs. A set of sliding glass doors opens to the verandah overlooking the sea. This is an excellent option for people wishing to cook, or for groups or families who wish to rent both rooms and have a common area to hang out. An extra guest can be booked to sleep in the suite’s futon for the regular $15 extra person fee.
Rooftop Hangout - open to all Buttonwood guests
The rooftop is open to all Buttonwood guests and boasts the second tallest view in all of Hopkins, a covered roof, chairs, tables, hammocks, a sink and a refrigerator. The view of both the sea (and cayes) in the East and the mountains in the west is spectacular, making this a fabulous place to hang out and enjoy your stay at Buttonwood!
