Our intimate resort features 12 beautifully appointed accommodations including beachfront cabins, deluxe suites, and spacious apartments surrounded by tropical gardens and cooled by the sea breeze. Every room is on the sand and has a view of the Caribbean Sea.
Flexible Packages
At Coconut Row Boutique Hotel, we’re not an all-inclusive resort — we’re part of the village. Our semi-inclusive packages make your stay effortless while giving you the freedom to explore.
Each package includes round-trip transportation, boutique accommodations, daily breakfast and lunch, and your choice of our most popular tours. Additional adventures can be booked à la carte anytime before or during your stay.
Dinner is left open so you can dine at our Coconut Husk Restaurant or sample local flavors around Hopkins, when the village comes alive.

Getting to Coconut Row Boutique Hotel
A Warm Welcome from the Owners
A lot has changed since 2011, when we fixed up five old rooms and opened a little guesthouse on the beach. We’re pretty proud of how far we’ve come. What started with just a housekeeper and a beach raker is now a team of 23, all from Hopkins and nearby villages. But even as we’ve grown, we’ve tried not to become too resort-y, and to stay true to what’s made us so different from most cookie-cutter resorts.
We’re the only beachfront resort actually in Hopkins Village—and right in the middle of it—so it’s an easy walk to shops, restaurants, or music. But don’t think that means it’s loud or busy. Our beach is one of the nicest stretches in Hopkins, and the grounds are gorgeous and serene. If you're looking to kick back and decompress, this is the spot.
With only twelve rooms, we’re able to keep things personal. We’ll know your name, check in on you, and make sure you’re feeling at home. We don’t call ourselves a luxury resort—we don’t have marble floors or giant rooms (well, except for one or two) but our rooms have all the comforts you’d expect, and while we don’t have a spa, there’s nothing better than a massage on your veranda with the sea right in front of you.
